I help organizations elevate their ORSA process by providing independent guidance and strategic review of the frameworks, assumptions, and methodologies they use to assess risk. This includes evaluating how financial, operational, and emerging market risks are identified, modeled, and communicated, and ensuring the assessment reflects the realities of the organization’s products, markets, and operating environment.
My role is to support and strengthen the work your team is already doing. I review risk models — including Monte Carlo simulations and other stochastic techniques — assess scenario and stress‑testing approaches, and help refine the clarity and credibility of the resulting narrative. I also assist in reviewing ORSA reports to ensure they are coherent, actionable, and accessible to non‑technical audiences. Through objective feedback and practical guidance, I help organizations use the ORSA as a true risk‑management tool: one that enhances leadership’s understanding of key threats and supports sound, forward‑looking decision‑making.
