I support organizations by providing an independent, strategic review of their pricing assumptions, methodologies, and analytical frameworks. This includes assessing how well historical claims, utilization patterns, emerging clinical and market trends, and shifts in member behavior are incorporated into the client’s models and narrative. My role is to help ensure the work is grounded, defensible, and aligned with the realities of a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
I also help clients evaluate the broader context in which their pricing decisions operate. This includes reviewing competitor positioning, regulatory requirements, benefit design constraints, and the financial implications of payer–provider contracts, value based arrangements, and quality improvement programs. Through targeted analysis and clear, objective feedback, I help organizations strengthen their pricing strategy, validate key assumptions, and refine their story — so leadership can move forward with confidence and clarity.
